FREE Manager’s Seat Upgrade
There are three ways you can submit for your Manager's Seat upgrade!
1. Submit the form located at the bottom of this page (right-hand-side if on a desktop.) Once you have completed your form submission, a box office representative will be in touch to confirm your submission.

Upgrade Forms can be submitted immediately upon membership purchase. Please allow at least 2 business days after your purchase to submit your upgrade request via phone or chat.
PLEASE NOTE:
Our managers seats are our favorite seats available outside our reserved section. 48-hour notice is required. A limited amount of manager's seats are available for a given showtime. Manager's seat requests are given in order of when they are received. Seats are assigned at the discretion of the management team. Can only be used once for a particular headliner.
$25 Goodnights Gift Card
A $25 gift card to spend on tickets, merchandise, and food/beverages. A digital gift card will be sent 7-14 days after your Manager's Club membership purchase date. Gift card is not valid on previously purchased tickets, but can be used in the club if received prior to your next visit.
Ticket protection insurance for a year.
Ticket protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order to receive a venue credit for a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase. CLICK HERE for our FAQ page with more information.
FREE admission to any Goodnights Presents shows
Valid for Goodnights Presents shows in the main showroom or Room 861. Reservations are required by 12:00 PM on the day of the desired show. Please use the chat feature on our website or call us at 919.828.5233. Please allow at least 2 business days after your purchase to submit your show request.
