Room 861 At Goodnights: David James
David James started comedy when he was the only person in his village that could pull a microphone from a stone. He immediately went to his first open mic night at The Laugh House in Philadelphia. Audiences responded to David's talent immediately by asking, "hey, where that Ni@@a from soul plane, you ain't him!?" Next, David became a legend by defeating all of his foes in the Philadelphia Hunger Games, also known as Helium Comedy Clubs First Annual Philly's Phunniest Competition. He retired from comedy competitions due to the carnage left behind. Since then, David has worked his way up in the comedy world. David has performed at Colleges in front of woke children, bars in front of people that didn't know there would be a comedy show, private shows that owners forced their employees to attend, and at clubs in front of drunk adults. David has performed all around the country featuring and headlining without catching a #MeToo case. His unique and observational style of walking on the line has left audiences intrigued, confused, and laughing. Don't miss this exciting comic!

Special Event: Valentine's Day With Pat McGann

Pat McGann is quickly rising as one of the sharpest stand-ups in the comedy world. A relative latecomer to the scene, Pat began stand up at the age of 31 after realizing he was not very good at selling packaging. He hustled his way to become the house emcee at Zanies Chicago, where he distinguished himself as especially adept at working the crowd. A husband and father of 3 young children, Pat’s appeal stems from his quick wit & relatable take on family life & marriage. In 2017, McGann began touring as the opening act for Sebastian Maniscalco, moving with him from clubs, to theater, and to arenas, including 4 sold out shows at Madison Square Garden. McGann’s relatively short, but impressive resume, includes performances on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Montreal’s famed Just For Laughs Festival, Gilda’s LaughFest, The Great American Comedy Festival and the Nashville Comedy Fest. McGann still calls Chicago home.
Date-Night Package Includes: 2 Reserved seats, chocolate & strawberries, & 2 glasses of champagne!

Stuff Island is podcast created by Chris O'Connor and Tommy Pope Instead of reading this, you should just listen to an episode of the podcast. It's on youtube and everywhere else, which means it's on your phone right now. It'll probably make you buy a ticket and it's more fun than reading. You just search "Stuff Island." They talk about pretty much everything, but mostly Tommy's angry dad and Chris' love of big boats. They've been pretty heavily involved in the Philadelphia comedy scene for the past 10+ years, but now they live in New York. There, they fight most of the time because Tommy's a drunk and Chris is a slob. You may know these two from "Gilly and Keeves," Barstool Sports, Comedy Central's "Delco Proper," "Bird Text" and a host of other sketches including "Man hears for the first time," "Uncle Daycare," and "Tires." Tommy was also in a bunch of those Cure Auto Super Bowl commercials. You may have seen Chris opening for Andrew Santino around the country for the last two years, unless you got there late, in which case you probably missed it. Listen to the podcast. It's good. We cook stuff too. Well Tommy cooks and Chris tries.

Buy TicketsRoom 861 At Goodnights: Eddie Pepitone
Comedian Eddie Pepitone, also known as 'The Bitter Buddha,' is a master of the dark art of comedy, and he has been hailed as a modern day cross between Jackie Gleason, Don Rickles, and Eckart Tolle. Eddie is a force of nature on stage, switching between social rage and self-doubt, and his shows are an energetic combo of calm and chaos, blue-collar angst and sardonic enlightenment. Few comedians working today channel the power of the rant better than Eddie Pepitone. His most recent stand-up special "For the Masses" was released in June 2020, which the New York Times listed as one of the best stand-up specials of that year. In 2014, Eddie released "In Ruins," his first stand-up that was shot at The Bell House in Brooklyn, NY.
In addition to his regular stand-up shows, Eddie is a stand-out comic/character actor. Beginning in New York City’s improv/sketch scene (where he quickly became a regular face), and continuing on to recurring roles on "Late Night with Conan O’Brien" as well as appearances on "WTF with Marc Maron Podcast." Eddie has also appeared on numerous comedy TV shows, including "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend," "Rick and Morty," "Reno 911!," "10 Year Old Tom," "The Life and Times of Tim," "Will & Grace," "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Love," "The Sarah Silverman Program," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "Last Comic Standing," "The Chappelle Show," and "Bob’s Burgers." He’s a regular on Adult Swim’s "Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell," and fans also might recognize Eddie from his role in the hit comedy "Old School" or from his award-winning short, "Runyon: Just Above Sunset," co-written by his wife Karen Simmons.

Buy TicketsSpecial Event: Ginger Billy
Shirtless and tattoed, Ginger Billy gives viewers a humorous look into life in rural Upstate South Carolina. And he’s doing it all on his own.
He lives between Union and Lockhart, South Carolina, with his wife and family. For years, he says, he was a respiratory therapist. But one day, after the retirement of Dale Earnhart, Jr., he thought maybe he’d make a video.
After that, it was the men’s romper craze, so he went to JCPenney’s and bought the biggest girls’ romper he could find and did a video about that. The video has almost 840,000 views on YouTube alone. He estimates it got between 40 and 50 million views across all social media channels. From there things just took off.
The next thing he knew he was doing stand-up. A manager signed him on and got him a gig at a casino.
After that, he started touring with Catfish Cooley and others. It was a whole new world, he said.
The only thing he won’t talk about, he says, is politics. The goal is to give people a place to breathe for a while.

Special Event: Mojo Brookzz
At the start of his career, Mojo Brookzz utilized Facebook and Instagram to demonstrate his comedic talent by writing and performing video skits. Some of his popular work includes his nine-series skit titled “Thawt in my House,” and mom and grand-mom impersonations, which maintained his popularity because many people can relate to the situations. It was the “Mr James”(Sugardaddy) character that proved as one of Brooks first major breaks online. This character has thrust Brooks into very deserved spotlight and helped him gain national attention and a bigger following.
The 32-year-old comedian started out doing comedy simply because he enjoyed it and it was fun to do in his spare time. Little did he know his skits and jokes were making a difference in other’s lives. He started receiving direct messages from fans who watch him daily expressing how his videos got them through a rough time, or simply brightened their day. This became his motivation to write and perform more often. He loved seeing the positive feedback, the laughs and smiles he could put on people’s faces.
