Where is Goodnights located?
We’ve moved! While we build out our new permanent space in The Village District, we'll have a Pop-up club at 511 Woodburn Road, Raleigh, NC 27605.

Are there any age restrictions?
We are an 18+ venue.

What food and beverage options do you offer?
While operating in our temporary venue, we are offering light snacks only—similar to a movie theater. Don’t worry! We’re still offering bar service!

How do I purchase tickets for a specific show?
You can pre-purchase tickets online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 919.828.5233.

Please Note: Tickets are only available through goodnightscomedy.com, and ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Goodnights Comedy Club. For more information click HERE.

Where is the box office located?
The box office is located inside the venue directly to the right when you enter.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Where can I park near the club?
We are located in the Village District, directly across from Chic-fil-A. Parking is available throughout the plaza and neighboring establishments, as well as a parking deck at Harris Teeter.

What time should I arrive?
The box office will open 1 hour before showtime for the first show of the night and approximately 15 minutes before the second show. On evenings when there is only one show, the box office will open 1 hour before showtime.

Please Note: Our temporary space does not have a lounge for early arrivals.

What is the difference between Reserved and General Admission seating?
Reserved seats are pre-assigned for you by management. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time of assigning. General Admission seating is available on a first-come, first-sat basis. Ticket purchasers who arrive on time are guaranteed seating.

Please note: We do not offer any standing room ticket options.

How can I ensure that my party is seated together?
General admission is first-come, first-seated as you enter the showroom, so seating preference cannot be guaranteed.

Reserved ticket holders who purchase tickets together will be automatically assigned seating together.

What is Ticket Protection?
Ticket protection is insurance that allows you to cancel your order up to 24 hours before showtime to receive a venue credit for a future event. It can be added to most orders at the time of purchase by selecting it on the next page after choosing your quantity and ticket type.

Please Note: Ticket Protection cannot be added to an order after it has already been placed.

How can I redeem my Ticket Protection?
Email protection@heliumcomedy.com with your order information (first and last name, email address, and order number) no less than 24 hours before showtime.

Please Note: Cancelation requests received via phone, chat, or less than 24 hours before showtime will not be accepted.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased on our online store located HERE. All gift cards will be shipped to the provided shipping address. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing.

Please Note: Purchases of new GCs must be processed online. We are not offering in-person gift card sales (unless otherwise advertised) at this time.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Plastic gift cards can be used online to purchase tickets to in-person comedy shows, as well as food & beverage while you’re seated in the showroom.

Paper gift certificates can be used to purchase tickets, comedy classes, and food & beverage while you’re seated in the showroom. To purchase tickets using your gift certificate, call our box office at 919.828.5233, and be sure to bring your gift certificate to the box office on the night of the show to redeem your tickets.

Does Goodnights accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.

Is there a drink minimum?
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom (e.g., 1 soda and 1 food item).

Is the Factory Open?
The Factory will be closed while we are in our temporary location.

What is the Showroom like?
The Showroom arrangement is similar to a cabaret theater – chairs surrounding tables facing the stage. With friendly and discreet table service, we ensure you won’t miss any of the action.

How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are usually between 90 and 105 minutes, although the show’s actual length is entirely dependent on the headliner and what their current performance calls for.

Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Yes. Comedy is subjective, and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight into the expected performance.

Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.

Is the club fully accessible?
Yes. Call our box office for more information. We encourage all patrons who have a disability to reach out to us to make accommodations.

Is your club smoke-free?
Yes, however smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.

Does Goodnights Comedy Club have an “Open Mic” night?
Yes! We host our Open Mic events on Wednesday nights when scheduling allows.

Are cameras allowed in the club?
Patrons may take personal photographs BEFORE or AFTER the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited.
