Policies and FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Where Do I Park?
We have a large parking lot directly behind the building with free parking. You can also park in the dirt lot across from the front of the building for free.
Are there age restrictions?
No one under 18 will be admitted into the comedy club. All guests 18-20 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All shows are rated, and rating are listed under the Event Description section on the website.
How do I get good seats for the show?
The only way to be guaranteed seating within the first three rows from the stage is to have dinner in one of the restaurants prior to the show. Dinner guests receive assigned seating within the first three rows. Guests who do not have dinner are given general admission seating, and they will be sat by a doorman when they enter the club to the back or the sides of the section being held for dinner guests.
We also offer four premium tables for purchase. These tables are fourth row back on an elevated section. They are sold by the table, and they come with four show tickets. Premium table holders enjoy more space and legroom and a great view of the stage from a comfortable distance.
Do I need to make a reservation for the restaurant?
We strongly encourage reservations in both restaurants, as they do frequently sell out. We hold tables for reservations until an hour before the show. At that point, if you have a reservation and you have not arrived, we will give your table to guests on a wait list. If you have dinner reservations and are a “no show,” you will lose your priority seating for the comedy show and will be reassigned to general admission tickets.
Is there gratuity added to my check?
We add an 18% gratuity to checks in the restaurant if the restaurant is sold out and to checks in the comedy club if there are over 250 guests in the club. If you have a question about whether gratuity is included in your check, feel free to ask your server.
What are the rules about talking during the show?
We have strict policies to keep the shows running smoothly and to ensure comics and customers are satisfied with their experience at Goodnight’s. We do not allow calling out or heckling the comedians, and we insist all table conversations are kept to an absolute minimum.
Goodnights reserves the right to refuse anyone admittance to the restaurants, bar and showroom. Should a customer distract or become unruly or interfere with the performance in any way, we reserve the right to evict the customer from the showroom without reimbursement for ticket price. Anyone asked more than twice to refrain from talking or making inappropriate noise or disruption of the show will be asked to leave. We also prohibit use of cell phones in the club.
Can I bring my camera?
Photography is prohibited in the comedy club unless the comedian does a meet and greet after the shows and she or he approves pictures. Under all other circumstances, cameras are not allowed.
I can’t use my ticket I bought. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable to other shows or persons (this means we don’t allow you to sell your ticket on Craigslist). We require a photo ID to pick up your ticket at our Will Call counter, and the ID must match the name on the ticket.
Our online ticketing system allows customers to print tickets at home for your convenience. You can purchase tickets over the phone with a box office representative or online for all confirmed shows that are listed on the calendar (generally several months in advance).
I have a coupon or a pass. How do I use it?
Passes and discount passes are valid for non-special event shows, and they can only be redeemed by calling our box office. Discounts may not be used in combination with any other discounts, promotions or coupons. We will hold reservations for discount tickets until 15 minutes prior to showtime. If you have not arrived and claimed your tickets 15 minutes prior to the show and we have customers interested in purchasing tickets, we will sell any discount or free tickets that were on hold.
I joined the email list. How do I get my free tickets?
We give two free tickets to everyone who joins our email list for joining and on their birthday month. To join, complete a card in the club and leave it at the box office or mail it back in, or complete the information online. You will receive an email within a few weeks that offers several shows to choose from for your two free tickets. The email will also give step by step instructions on how to redeem those two free tickets online.
There is a separate email for the two free tickets on your birthday month, but it works the same way.
What is the dress code?
We do not enforce a dress code. As long as you are, in fact, wearing clothes and shoes, we encourage you to wear whatever makes you comfortable!
