How do I purchase tickets or make a reservation for a specific show?
You can pre-purchase tickets online. If you are having issues, call our box office at 91.828.LAFF (5233) during our box office hours (Monday 12:00 - 5:00PM) (Tuesdays - Saturdays 10:00AM - 6:00PM)

What are your showtimes?
Showtimes are:
8:00PM Tuesdays through Thursdays,
7:30 & 10:00PM Fridays & Saturdays.

We also have special shows Saturday morning and late nights.

Please call the box office for specific show information.

Are there any age restrictions?
We are an 18+ venue.

What does it mean when a show is a “Special Event?”
Shows that are labeled “Special Event” have restrictions to purchasing tickets. Discounts and promotions are not accepted.

The Upgraded Seating promotion (when you purchase tickets and then make reservations at the Factory) does not apply during Special Events.

What is the “4-pack special?”
Get 4 General Admission tickets to a single show for one low price! This is the perfect offering for a small group, a double date, or a post-work get-together. This promotion can only be purchased ONLINE. There is only a limited quantity available per show.

What is the difference between General Admission, Reserved, and Premium Table seating?
General Admission tickets are available on a first-come, first-sat basis. The earlier you arrive, the better your seating will be. General Admission seats may be pre-purchased online or you may make a reservation over the phone.

Reserved tickets guarantee that your party is seated together. Reserved seats are assigned based on when you purchased your tickets, and you will be given the best available seats for the size of your party. Reserved tickets can only be pre-purchased online.

Premium Tables can seat up to 4 people. Premium Tables are located in the first row of the elevated section of the Showroom with an unobstructed view of the stage. These tables allow more legroom for your guests, you will have the BEST view of the stage, and you can guarantee that you will not have to share it with anyone else other than your party of 4! These tickets can only be pre-purchased online.

All reservations, including online purchases, EXPIRE 30 minutes prior to showtime, and ALL tickets are subject to release at this time. If you are running late, please contact the club so we can arrange to hold your seats.

What time should I arrive?
The Factory on the first floor, which features a full bar with food and drinks, is open two (2) hours prior to showtime -- grab a bite and wait for your party, or simply indulge. Tickets also become available at that time. The Showroom will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. Punctuality pays dividends in fun! General Admission tickets must be claimed 45 minutes prior to showtime. All reservations, including online purchases, must be claimed 30 minutes prior to showtime. ALL tickets are subject to release at this time. We will not hold phone reservations less than 30 minutes prior to showtime.

Does Goodnights accept credit cards?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

Is there a drink minimum?
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item minimum in the Showroom (e.g. 1 soda and 1 appetizer) which gives our patrons an opportunity to enjoy the food Goodnights has to offer. Beverages or food purchased in the restaurants before or during the show do NOT count toward the two-item minimum.

Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Yes. Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.

How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are usually between an hour and a half and an hour and forty-five minutes.

Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.

What is the Showroom like? How does seating work?
The Showroom arrangement is similar to a cabaret theater – chairs surrounding tables, facing the stage. With friendly and discreet table service, we ensure you won’t miss any of the action. Customers who have boosted their ticket purchase generally receive seating closer to the front of the house (depending on party size). General Admission seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis (arriving closer to showtime increases the chances of your party being seated at a table with another group).

Why should I Boost my purchase?
Boosting your purchase allows you to have a worry-free experience. If something pops up that prevents you from attending the show, Helium can provide you with a Seat Engine credit. Other benefits of Goodnights Boost include guaranteeing your party will be seated together, and that you have a table(s) held for you in the showroom to alleviate the need to stand in line prior to the show.

Does Goodnights offer group discounts?
We do not offer any discounts on tickets. But for large groups, inquire about our Event Packages so we can offer you other ways to save!

Can Goodnights be rented out?
Yes. Goodnights has a wide variety of options when it comes to events. Full room rental, private shows, office parties and any gathering or get-together can be arranged with food and beverage packages. Simply call the club and ask for the group sales manager or contact us here.

Is there handicapped access to the club?
Yes. Call our box office for more information.

Where can I park near the club?
Parking is located outdoors next to the club and in the dirt lot between Goodnights and West Morgan.

When can you be sat in the Showroom? (How do i get a good table?)

The order which guests will be seated:
*Boosted seating
*Dinner guests with General Admission tickets
*Early arrival guests with General Admission tickets
*Finally, all other guests arrive 30 minutes or less prior to showtime.

Boosted Seating will be seated first. (Avoid the line by purchasing Goodnights Boost!)

Dinner Guests with General Admission tickets have the option of early entry in the Showroom. Upon eating dinner, your party's tickets will be give an Early Entry Stamp and you will be notified when it is time to enter the Showroom.

Early Arrival Guests with General Admission tickets (those who arrive 45-60 minutes prior to showtime) may wait in The Factory. A Secondary Entry Stamp will be given, which will allow you to enter the Showroom after the dinner guests have been seated.

Guest who arrive 30-45 minutes before showtime may wait in "Elements" on the 3rd floor and will be seated after dinner guests and those with a stamp.

All Guests who arrive less than 30 minutes prior to showtime will either wait outside (barring the weather) or on the 1st or 3rd floor and will be seated after the above groups have entered the Showroom.

If you do not receive a stamp or remain in the waiting areas you will not be guaranteed early entry to the Showroom.

Is your club smoke-free?

Does Goodnights Comedy Club have an “Open Mic” night?
Goodnights has Open Mic Nights most Tuesdays starting at 8:00PM. Sign-ups are done online. Due to time restraints and the number of comedians signing up each week, we cannot guarantee stage time. For more information, please read our rules here.

Are cameras allowed in the club?
Patrons may take photographs BEFORE or AFTER the show. Taking photographs, filming, videotaping or other recording of shows without the written consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Patrons who abuse this policy will have all content erased and you will be ejected immediately.

Do you do anything special for birthdays?
Complimentary birthday tickets can be redeemed for any Goodnights Presents shows on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you want to complete the festivities with a cake, please call in your request 24 hours in advance, as we don’t allow outside food. Large parties can contact our Group Sales Manager to make the perfect accommodations.
